US Against Alzheimer’s Tells Post Office It’s Time to Stamp Out Dementia
US Against Alzheimer’s is urging advocates of finding a cure for Alzheimer’s disease to tell the U.S. Postal Service that it’s time to stamp out the awful disease.
The USPS is seeking public input on issues they should support with semipostal stamps, which are special fundraising stamps allowing consumers to pay an extra fee for their postage to donate to issues important to them. The post office expects to issue five semipostal stamps during the next decade.
US Against Alzheimer’s has a goal to find 5,000 advocates to speak out for an Alzheimer’s Awareness and Research stamp before comments close July 5. Click here to urge the Postal Service to help fund the search for a cure with an Alzheimer’s semi postal stamp!
